Delivery Timelines

Digital products are delivered within 60 seconds of successful payment. In rare cases of high server traffic, delivery may take up to 10 minutes. If you haven't received your files after 30 minutes, please contact our 24/7 technical desk.

Cancellation & Access

Orders are considered "Fulfilled" the moment the download link is generated. Cancellations are only possible if the transaction failed or if the user has not yet initiated a download request from the dashboard.
